Foxy Fans/Bears Ticket/Apple Vacation Giveaway
September 10, 2009 – January 10, 2010

Who Can Enter

1.Entrants of the Bears Ticket Giveaway must be legal residents of IL, IN, or WI who are 18 years of age or older and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address. To be eligible for the vacation described in rule #2 under The Prizes, entrants must be legal residents of IL, IN or WI who are 21 years of age or older and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address.

2.Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Fox Television Stations, Inc. and Apple Vacations (“Sponsor”) and promotion agencies of Sponsor, and the immediate family members of such employees are ineligible to participate or win the prize. In addition, the employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of The Chicago Bears Football Club, Inc. and the National Football League, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, "Released Parties"), and each such employee's immediate family member (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win the prize.

How To Enter

1.No purchase is necessary to enter or win. One entry allowed per email address. In the event of a dispute, Sponsor will deem each entry to have been submitted by the holder of the e-mail or phone account from which it was sent. The giveaway begins at 6am Central Time on September 10, 2009 and ends at 11:59pm Central Time the Sunday after the last Bears game of the 2009-10 season, the earliest date being January 10, 2010 and latest date being February 14, 2010 (the “Giveaway Period”).

2.To enter, log on to the “Foxy Fans” section on www.myfoxchicago.com beginning September 10, 2009. Follow all necessary instructions to register to rate the photographs in the Foxy Fans section. Each registered email address will automatically be entered in the giveaway. All valid entries received prior to the drawings will be eligible to win. All valid, non-winning entries will be eligible for following drawings.

3.Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other information by Sponsors or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the Giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

4.No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes (or portion thereof) is permitted, except by Sponsor who reserve the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Potential winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release within ten (10) days of date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing, the inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules or return of a prize or prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarding of prize to an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Giveaway (or portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select winners from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the event that required such termination. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and/or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the contest if it becomes technically corrupted.

5.On Monday, September 28, October 26, and November 30, 2009 at approximately 12pm (noon) Central Time, one winner will be selected by random drawing from among all valid entries to win 2 tickets to a Bear’s Home game. On the second Monday after the last Bears game of the 2009-10 season, the earliest date being January 11, 2010 and latest date being February 15, 2010, one winner will be selected to win a trip from Apple Vacations.

The Prize(s)

1.One Winner on each drawing date will receive two tickets to attend that Sunday’s Chicago Bears home game. The approximate retail value is $190.00, tickets supplied by WFLD FOX Chicago. In the event that week’s Bears home game is cancelled or postponed, the prizing may be cancelled without substitution or compensation.

2.An additional drawing will be held on the second Monday after the last Bears game of the 2009-10 season, the earliest date being January 11, 2010 and latest date being February 15, 2010, to win one 7-night trip for two people in one double-occupancy room at Riu Palace Pacifico in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico including roundtrip charter air out of O'Hare, transfers to/from resort, all inclusive accommodations (all meals, drinks and snacks) and the planned activities with the Bears players. Travel must be March 6-13, 2010 with the group. If winner is unable to travel on the dates designated, winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may choose an alternate winner. Trip supplied by Apple Vacations. Trip value is $3,000. The winner is responsible for all travel-related expenses not expressly stated in the prize description, including without limitation, meals, beverages, gratuities, ground transportation, taxes and surcharges.

3.Winner will be notified by e-mail or phone. Winners of Bears Tickets will be required to sign and return an Affidavit and Release within 1 day of the date of notification or they will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected by random drawing. Winner of the Apple Vacation and their guest will required to sign and return an Affidavit and Release within 3 days of the date of notification or they will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected by random drawing. Winner and Guest of the Apple Vacation must be 21 or older unless travelers under 21 are accompanied by at least one adult who is the parent or legal guardian of each minor. If a prize or prize notification is returned to Sponsor or its designated agent as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing from the other valid entrants. If, for any reason, winner does not accept any part of the Prize, they will forfeit the entire prize. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names, hometowns, likenesses, and photographs for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation.

4.Prizes can not be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner. The winner cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

5.Winner is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prizes set forth in these rules.

6.Only one prize will be awarded per household for the duration of the Giveaway.

Odds of Winning Miscellaneous

1.Odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of valid entries received.

2. Complete rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours at WFLD-TV, 205 N. Michigan, Chicago, IL 60601 through February 14, 2010. Complete rules are available at myfoxchicago.com through February 14, 2010.

3. For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope after February 15, 2010 to WFLD-TV, 205 N Michigan, Chicago, IL 60601.

4.This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including without limitation, in jurisdictions requiring registration, filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements or disclosures that are not expressly satisfied by these rules.

5.By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, (b) to release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptable, possession, use or misuse of any prize, (c) to Sponsor’s use of participants’ personal information as described in Sponsor’s privacy policy located at www.myfoxchicago.com, and (d) that the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this contest or use of the rights granted herein.
